ReFUND and CANCELLATION Policy

1. Overview

At Swch, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received

• Incorrect product delivered

• Manufacturing defects

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided by customer

• Normal wear and tear

• Items damaged due to misuse

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
